    I am sorry for your loss, while i have yet to acquire a whole lot of Gems, I have to do it the hard way. I have to save up for them or buy an itunes card.
    but i am hoping that never happens to my phone as it took me an entire year to build up my stuff and then some.

    Ive talked a few people with the same issue, apparently each phone has its own identity, that phones identity is linked to your history in the games. so new phone, new identity, you have to start new. BUT.... if you have the old phone and you have wifi, you can continue the game using wifi on your old phone
  3. Ok so I got a new phone! Yay, right? Uhhhh. Love my phone, love how fast Verizon is. But I miss my Bakery Story, Fashion Story, and Restaurant Story. I realized when I downloaded all my fave TL games that I have to start over whyyyyyy? I was a high level on Bakery Story had a ton of coins and had invested quite a few gems in a lot of items. I had very expensive expansions in every game. So I emailed TL support on the forum and from my personal email as well got a ticket number and I haven't heard a word from anyone. It's been a few days now. Ticktock guys. I really need my games! And anyone who loves ''Story'' games knows starting over IS NOT an option. Anyone have a problem opening their account on a new device? More importantly anyone know a way for TL to take you seriously and get to business? Any advice would be appreciated. And if you play what I do I would add u and tip n gift u. Profusely. That is if my account ever gets up and running again. TEAMLAVA, that means you. Yo.
