Nothing has changed in front of my door. I don't have a mat or anything blocking the entrance.i even deleted the app and reinstalled it. Nothing is working. I wrote to support team lava maybe they can find the problem. Thank you for your help but I think it's a bigger problem than you and I now. Charmen
check and make sure nothing is blocking your door or hostess stand. Also if you have the welcome mat in front of your door, move that. The welcome mat will block your door and not let customers come in.
