Ok buy your constructable, then place it on your farm. Double click on it to manage it. Then a menu pops up telling you what you need. One of your options is to "ask your friends". Pick that.
Actually my pain is not too bad since my first surgery, I just can't feel my whole left leg. And it will spread until I get 2 more replaced. And sometimes my leg just turns jello which makes for some funny and embarrassing moments out in public ha ha. I stumble and people look at me like "look at that girl, is she drunk?" Ha ha
