It's a volunteer position. Respond to your support email so they know its still an issue.
When did you report it? Have you logged into the support system and checked your ticket number to see the progress?
Updates get rolled out on US Thursdays and Tuesdays. If you didn't get the update today you'll get it on their Tuesday.
