Thanks for your message. I'm happy to hear that a protest or complaints made an impact. I hope that they fix this update issue and streamline all future updates. We have a ps3 and Xbox360 in our home, not to mention Tivo, cable, etc. I've never seen another company issue their improvements or content in this way on any of our devices or electronics. It's shocking really.
