You had it right with placing the URL between the [IMG]Link Goes Here[/IMG] tags.
You can even use the button above when posting that looks like a picture frame. This will place the IMG tags for you and all you have to do is paste the link in the text field where u see https://

It's just u had the wrong URL to place.
You pasted the website URL and not the Image URL
The image URL would have either a png or jpg at the end or another type of picture format.

you had posted the link to the actual editor for polyvore.

You can make an account so that you can save your collection at polyvore and make future changes, but it's probably best to go ahead and make an account as this is TL's third time using polyvore.
- u can then grab the image from your account on polyvore.

Or u can just take a screenshot and save it to your PC and upload it to an image hosting or photo album service like Picasa, Photobucket or flickr.

Then u use the link to the image in the IMG tags.
Which u did correctly place the URL between the tags, but it was the wrong type of link.
