They will use programs, then upload the pictures. I think some can upload from their Ipads etc others use the computer

Hi sorry, I use Paint shop Pro (computer) for most of my drawings. I don't have a tablet, so I don't use an app.

There is a free program called GIMP that does pretty much the same effects as PSP

I figured that I should answer bcz I haven't heard from sehena in like 3 weeks

I saw your question on Sehana's wall and yes there is a sketch app called Sketchbook Express. Sehana gave some links for tablets in a thread and u can take a picture of one of those and on the app u can design something!

Lol I post too much onthe forum. The more you post the higher 'rank' you get. I'm 2 away from the top rank. Nightclub owner is after executive chef then one more but can't remember what it is.
