Not sure I understand. One thing I know is that they are not capable of removing any items from your game and they cannot trade items. Refresh my memory. You bought pom purse got gems but never got purse, right??? Have you deleted and re downloaded the game yet.

I guess you are my contact for fashion story - still dealing with the pom in purse gift. Asking your best advise: should I just give it up? I have not heard from TL support in over a week - just the auto receipt of my 3rd request. I just asked them to remove the aquarius fountain and replace it with pom in purse. Fri. night will be 3rd week - fountain, wig and new one- with no response. Are they just going to ignore it by now? And, I can't report to ITunes because I had to use the gems that I did get (well maybe didn't HAVE TO) but I sure needed some new stuff for bridal corner!!! I know dumb move but sometimes it just takes over!! LOL Thanks for your advise in advance. Oh and I hated to see your zoo close - it was great!!! But sure understand.

Hey I am having the same problem with nightclub. I drop to 3 overnight. I only have 39 nbrs on nightclub and most of them are not really playing anymore
As for me, I keep the 3 and 4 nbrs. I think now with all the games out, no one really has a problem if someone is on a level 3.
I also have some level 1 and 2 nbrs that I see on my wall everyday so of course I keep them too. Even if you are level 3- if you return favors I really do not think anyone will
delete you.. Oh also someone posted they had a problems buying gems on one of their games and GM(supermod)) suggested that they delete the game and re down load it.
With all of your problems, with items not showing up maybe you should delete and re down load. Your games might be missing part of the program. This will reboot
you game.
