Gitten It has been a little long on your email response. On my support email I waited three days, then a send a reply with my ticket number and asked them if they had found out anything yet. It will not hurt to try..

Oh something interesting - I have been getting pop ups all day for my ITunes password on most of games. I am hitting cancel because I don't know why and I don't want to order 100 pkgs of gems and poms!!
I have always gotten my gems. Sometimes hours later..but I think that is when iTunes is having issues. But it has never been a day... Have they responded back yet??? I did not ask but what device do u use..apple or droid?
Well, did not get gems or dog in purse. But Apple keeps popping up wanting my ID so maybe there is a problem as you said on that side. Anyway, am going to do as you suggested and email support. Can you believe that I woke up in the middle of the night to check my games?? Is that addiction?

Gitten Once when bought gems they did not appear in my account for about 4 hrs but I think that was iTunes delaying the transfer of money to TL. I know this last update had glitches. I was fine but lot of people did not get free cat offer. Mattdiner ..moderator said they should get by Tuesday. Since you are traveling maybe the gems have been delayed. Just a guess. One of my nbrs bought collie last week and got gems but no dog. About 5 hrs later her collie showed up. I know the moderators know about the gliches but they have to wait on development team to get back on Monday. You are not alone this time. I would go ahead and the support email going . Sorry I know it is a big pain.
