From what I've been reading from the forums with the limited time offered items is that they are very Random. Meaning that some people might get them and some might not, some devices get them and some don't. even if some iOS users get them, some of them may not. Also one week a person may receive the limited offer, but then the next week they don't receive the limited offer. So it is very unpredictable and a lot of users do not like the randomness.

I do play Rstr ... I haven't been the best nbr though because of my 4 courses . If you don't mind me as a nbr, you are more than welcome to add me ...

I'm on every game, but play Bkry, Rstr, Fshn, Farm, Nclb, Pets & Zoo2 more often than the others.
I have a game play page to let people know I am not a good nbr, LOL.

Oh sorry PM does mean Private Message.

If their username/ID can be clicked on then you would click on their name and will say send a PM,

but if their name isn't clickable, then you could do it in two ways: first copy their ID without any spaces
1: you can go to community at the top under the orange bar, then click member list, then to the right click on search members and paste the name there.
OR
2: go to settings, then to 'send new message' under the inbox area and paste the ID in the recipient users. if you want to send more the same message to different users, then Separate multiple user names with a semi-colon ';'
