I do not get any info on when things will be offered in the games. I know there is alot of feedback on forum that has been seen, but I think it never hurts to email support.
They really do keep track of suggestions like the forum.
I also would like to see the sales come back.

The gem sales are given out randomly.

Remember that Support too will be extremely limited.

From what I am seeing I think these offers were sent out randomly. (I know it is terrible).

I have flagged to GM to see if this is the case or if everyone was suppose to get it or if this offer will roll out.

I will have to wait until he gets back on Monday, unless he checks in before then.
You can try to email support to get an answer. Not sure who will be back first, support or GM, but that way both bases are covered. If you email and get an answer can you let me know?
