Usually at the highest level they change the colors of the dragon but not really the proportions. I think it would be about the same size as level 10 but maybe change to a slightly different color.
I never sweat Tales! You get a nice dragon in chapter 2 for doing nothing. I usually finish

I do great in tournaments, without using any Champs. I swear my DARK Dragon will beat any Champ and most Diamond Dragons too. Only 100 essence and very low food cost to level him up quickly.
