Hi Nina, sorry about the delay - I didn't see this till now.... there is a growing list of devices that are not compatible with S8 games. Unfortunately, not all devices are compatible with their games based on a number of factors (hardware, software). If your device can load the game but it's reverted back to level 1, then you just need to use the login feature through another game like Bakery Story and then your games will transfer over to your new device.
