  2. Again, I am off the game for now and don't know when I'll be back, if I ever will be. It's time I fully focus on where my life is at and what I want my future to be. Whilst this game was never a hindrance, I did notice I relied on it far too often at times. It is not or was ever a healthy thing to do.

    Hopefully someone steps into my role as the next flytrap fanatic. Claims the crown for themselves. As I'd love that. Goodbye everyone! (Yes, I finally mean it this time around)

    I'd link my social media but not only does it go against forum rules, but I'm lowkey thinking of removing those from my life now too.
  3. Anyway, I will miss the notoriety that came from my farm. 4 years in the making of finally being declared the "flytrap farm" or something similar. Everyone started to appreciate it nearly as much as I did. Even random visitors who I had never met or talked to before took notice of my farm and liked it too.

    Over 200 neighbours and a few friends between that amount. Kind visitors too who I only ever communicated with in passing. I appreciate every single one that I've spoken to and have dealt with. Some of you lot have provided me great support and advice throughout the years. I will never forget that and likely forever carry that with me throughout my journey of healing and peace.
  4. PSA to everyone who may read my forum wall, especially now that it's open and public to everyone.

    I'm not sure when I'll be back on farm story 2, if ever again. I'm going through a tough period in my life and the game is no longer appealing to me like it used to be, sad to say. It's getting to the point where it's almost a chore to even get on with this passion finally fading away.

    I will likely miss a flytrap or two, however I am not as bothered by that prospect as I once used to be. Call that growing up or just having bigger problems to worry about, I appreciate everyone who has left a kind message for me these past 7 months. Biggest thanks to PuntaMita and judyandthecat especially. For now, I want to leave the game and work through my issues privately if possible.

    I have a bunch of ripe tomatoes so I think I will do some cooking.

    Besides that hope you are doing well on a personal note.

    I’ve been so busy and one of the reasons I’ve been absent from the forums is because I’ve been doing a freelance job part time along with my actual job. Yesterday was my last day on the freelance project. It just got too time consuming and I was basically working two jobs, and for the hours I put in the money wasn’t good enough. I forget if you ever shared where you are from, but here in the United States the prices of groceries are just insane. $7.50 for a bag of Doritos. And I don’t even live in a city! I can barely afford things and I don’t even have any kids! I don’t know how families do it.

    I know what you mean but I don’t remember the exact phrase. I used to always play every single event and then it got to the point where I didn’t enjoy the game anymore. I agree with you the game is much better when you take breaks sometimes, especially at a high level when you rarely unlock new stuff.

    That’s so nice of you to offer. I would appreciate that a lot! I’ve been so busy on the game with the county fair and there’s no way I am going to win it because I am one day behind and it ends in 3 hours. It’s fine because I already have other cowgirls.

    I need to remember next time to prepare ahead of time for the county fairs because my barn was completely depleted. I should’ve taken the fair off just to restock. I also started the fair a day late and when you start late for me it’s very hard to catch up even if it’s the first day.

    Part 2 -read message below part 1 first please

    When the items are posted in the shop, write ?up? and then we need to count to ten before going in to see them and buy at the same time.
    You also need another item or 2 to list before you load the event items. I try to put something nobody wants like watermelon seeds and cornbread or similar. The problem is with the fair going, everybody buys everything lol.
    I?m not very good at the wall dancing because the message that the items are listed or ?up? is delayed. I think put smaller groups of listing and buying in case we miss. Like 30 branches and 10 event hammers. Then load more after we buy. Definitely need the branches more.
    When I played before, the farmer and I texted so it was very easy to communicate and timing was much better. I think Hidden Pastures on your wall is very good at it, I wish I could have her give me instructions.
    We will give it our best try!

    Hi Snap,
    Apologies, Tuesday was trying to get my dog to take his heart medications. He is usually very good about it and I wrap the non chewable types in ham or turkey. It was 10:30 at night when I finally got them done. It has been very hot and humid so maybe that has something to do with it? He did not eat dinner 2 different nights last week so I am getting scared.

    I will be checking the game to catch you on Wednesday evening. This event you can not duplicate the crafted items and you need hundreds of some types to craft. I have been working on Sundance baby farm, so some steps are done there.
    I have the maple branches and event hammers that are the most important to make. I?ll give you those at Abeline and we can list and buy after you make more later or another day - what ever is best for you.

    Glad to hear back from you! That?s weird. I don?t want to speculate on the public thread about it because I don?t want people confusing what a moderator says as ?factual? or coming from S8. I haven?t really had any issues besides once in a while but that has always been the case, and is probably just my internet.

    Trying to expand my farm now because I?ve been really wanting to do a minimalistic look and it?s hard to do now. I have the parts, just not enough coins

    I?m back on Farm after a long hiatus. Sometimes I need a break from the game and then when I come back it?s much more enjoyable. Then you see all of the events that you missed and wished you played. Well at least now I can look forward to county fairs and the goals that give us another chance at old decor.
