Hi, if you force close your game and they still don't show up, you will have to contact Support. The forum can't help with gem purchases. When you lodge your ticket, upload a copy of the receipt as well. It shouldn't take too long either with Support; just need to catch them before the end of the day (not sure if it's the weekend yet in California). Good luck!
