Am I the only player with this problem? In essence, you are telling me I can no longer play using gems unless I do what apple told me Not to do. I don't know what DW is? Can you forward our conversation to DW. I am so discouraged....
Support is probably sending you back to the forum, because there is nothing they can do for you to fix this issue. Note when you open more that one ticket on an issue, it can delay you in getting a response.
Always communicate with them with your first ticket number. As I told you, most players have fixed their blanket screen issue with a "new " restore. I understand that you do not want to do this, but at this point, TL is stating that this issue
is not something they can fix.
You can try sending DW a private message with your ticket number to see if he can do anything or at least check on the status for you. I will be editing out your ticket number here for privacy reasons.
Do you happen to have a copy of an email or anything you got from apple? If so I can forward that over to GM so TL can maybe relook at this issue.
