Yes the issue has been ongoing for months now!
I mentioned the SB events because it gets worse during a SB event - I usually can’t connect for a week!
During other periods...
Just super frustrating that you keep releasing storybook events when you know there is an issue with them!
Please stop any future storybook events until the issue is resolved.

I haven’t been able to log in for 48hrs so can’t give you exact upgrade as I can’t check…
but I remember LVL11 needed 5 of the Onyx Beams and Blocks...
Seems useless to get the Onyx Mine as Onyx Ore drops from other places quiet easily.
But I got one for deco anyways. hahaha
