no only the polls that the mods do go over to TL.

The polls the mods set up actually go over to the development team for ideals for new items for the games.
members can set up polls of their own. When you start a new thread scroll to the bottom and there is an option to add a poll.
Couple of things. try and not make it public because alot of ppl will not vote on the public polls. Also there is a place under the list of items for your poll to how many days the poll will run.
