Yeap! Looks like, I have >2.5m XP, tons of everything and mostly opened all the plots (except a few in order to craft things). The game is the only consuming <1GB for me.
I cannot log-in anymore on my ultra high level accounts, or it take 45 minutes patience and then eventually I get in. No so fun if there is a time event ongoing.

Indeed, it is a pain to play on high level accounts. it takes in general 45 minutes with the loading horse & blabla online game dialog to get in a few times a day. Even the trick with an iPad Pro 2...
There were a few issues with a handful of buildings asking for too many of an item, these have been addressed. We have also fixed the Onyx crafts to require Onyx Ore as opposed to Spellbound Dew.
I am sure that some buildings have been wrongly setup, because 76 Beams for a Stable L10 is somewhat an over kill! There are a few others that need tuning.
