Farm Story, ah thank you very much!

I already contacted support, they told me, they don't have capacities for individual problems and to ask in the forum.

not sure if this is the right place to ask my question, if not please tell me where.
For 5 days now I've not been able to get into farm and fashion story. It just keeps showing me that message to check my internet connection, but my internet is working fine. Everything else including other storm 8 games is still working. What can I do?
