I'm thinking they may already know which threads/posts to remove. Bummer about a canceled Support ticket, but at least it will be something they can marked as closed and not need to further investigate if you've canceled it.

That's another thing to be aware of. Forums/sites which have various age ranges, as well as members that speak different languages, on top of many members not having used forums before. It's better to give understanding and consideration in responses to those. A lot of times, it's as simple as them not knowing something and a quick verification with the member, either via thread post, VM or PM, can easily clear it up. All members should be treated equally, however some may need extra help - so something to think about.

Forum registration linked to the Storm8 ID should assist with the spam advertisement posts - so would be good if they got that up and going.

Awww... Trust me - the stings start getting less and less as you're able to brush things off more - not that what they say isn't important - just in regards to how you react to it - part of that is just understanding that folks have a different way of posting.

More then likely what they are gearing up for (though I could be wrong) is they maybe be getting it set up so that it's linked to our Storm8 IDs, like this forum and the Storm8 forum.
