Hello Walt.
Im currently playing the Easter Bunnies goal in Bakery Story. Im already in part 2 when the marshmallow chicks food suddenly disappeared in the menu of Candy Hatchery stove. How do I fix it so I can finish the goal? Please help. Thanks!

Hi not sure if you heard anything from others i had 60gems and now i have 12 left. Was saving em for the special ovens

Hi Walt , I’m have an issue with the Steel and lace goal. I can’t finish because I can’t buy a floor decoration. The green buy button is not available. What can I do to fix this issue? Been trying to finish goal for 3 days now.

During play in Restaurant Story, all my past goals, failed and successful, will start running, one after the other and I can't do anything in the game. Do you have any ideas of how to stop this. It's very aggravating

Hey Walt. So I was noticing an issue with the "Sweet Pink" chairs, sometimes being difficult to place, it says tap again to buy, won't place. Once placed actually, they don't sit anyone. Some little glitch I think. Wanted to let you know (since they are so cute I can't go without them!!). Hope you can fix it soon.

Hi,I couldnt login (or start) bakery story and restaurant story since last friday(27Jul2018).I did sent the tickets twice and asked for help,but the replieds said they're now only have a limited support services and suggested me to update the game.My games are both on the latest version.

I couldnt login both of the game since last friday (27Jul2018) when I open,loaded for few seconds on the main screen and jumpout and then force me to close the game.I'd played both games for 8years,and never happened like this before.
My game ID is masakisho.

One of my friend who got the same problem with me,but he still can login in restaurant story.
His game ID is kenny615

And one of my friend still can login with both games,but when she playing and want to leave a message either at her own or her neighbor's wall,the app will forced to close as well.

They also using the latest version and we all did reinstalled the games.Can you help us to fix the problems?

Good evening Walt, so Got your name on the forum. First I want to thank you for all the work you do. And I sent a request to Chuck but I see that it should have went to you. I am saritadawn owner and admin of the Bakery Story Facebook group. My friend and need our help after all her noted I figured out sheaccidently clicked on a box that wiped out her coins and gems. Please can we've the "hero" this time and return her recent large accidental purchase of gens and coins? By the way she is a big spender with several Storm8 games. Her storm ID is mamajo9999.

Hi Walt..----....in spite of what you asked me to do to get grayed out ovens back. Nothing is working. I have mega bucks in this game. Can't Storm8 fix it since they???? caused it? Resolution would be fantastic,! Thanks

Hello Walt, this is the 1st time I have ever asked a question in the forum, I hope I'm contacting you correctly. I have been playing Bakery Story for a few years now. My id is annedoria. I want to know when locked goal items; from before I started playing; will ever have a chance to unlock them? I've seen neighbors with the item, but when I go into my storage items, it's a locked goal item. Would appreciate any assistance. Thank you, Annedoria at Zombie eats, name of my bakery.
