I am really sorry that you are still having issues. I know TL is working on this issue. I am not sure if the fix will be a push into the game or it may need to be fixed with a manual update, which can take longer.
no time frame for fix. I have not had this issue. Try and make sure that you always shut down you game when you are not playing. This may help. I also always before bed restart my device to make sure all my games are shut down overnight.
Your food/drinks should be being placed back so you really are not losing coins, just the time. Watch if this happens again when the coins drop you fooddrink count should go back up.
thanks for letting me know. This is a current issue and TL is currently working on the problem. I know it is very frustrating!!! Since my VM is public to others I will be deleting editing some of your messages due to privacy between you and support. I did have this happen in nightclub. You are getting the money, but it is discouraging to have wasted that time.
