    Hi, Pls help to fix problem of purchasing gems in Bakery Story. Bakery name is amelie at level 17. We have tried many times but every time it says my address is invalid again. My friend has the same problem in Samsung Galaxy II. The funny thing is if I use ipad, I can buy gems. So, in this case, we can't really much enjoy the game if problem is like this. we may have to delete this game.

    Hello, this morning I put a pizza, chicken paella, tomato soup, oysters & a chocolate fondue out in my restaurant. I opened the restaurant logged out & when I came back 10min. later it said my restaurant is out of sync. When it refreshed all my food was gone my guest rating had dropped to 95% as if the food was never there & I gained no additional money for it. That's a days worth of waiting for some of those dishes just gone. I've had several other instances with buying furniture AKA two tables & a $5,000 black chair, also to have my restaurant be "out of sync" a refresh with the products I just purchased gone. I emailed thesupport@teamlava about it 3 weeks ago, but I never heard a response. It looks like a major bug to me & I'm just wondering if it's going to be fixed & how I can be compensated for these loses it's a lot of time spent, just to have it all disappear. Thanks for your time, & please advise me on how we can proceed.
