Hi, I'm sorry I did not get back to you sooner. I hope you have gotten an answer already, but if you haven't, here goes... When you need permits, or any other items, a sign will come up on the page and it will say " Ask Friends"'. Click on the Ask Friends button and your friends/neighbors list will pop open. Click on as many friends as you would like to ask them to send you the item. Remember to ask more friends than you need because some don't answer! Hope this helps! Have a Blessed Day!
I see you play Pet Shop Story. Can you please tell me how to request permits? I've put requests for items on walls of my neighbors; but someone told me I had to fill out a request for permits. If so, how would I do this?
