Hi sorry don't know how to pm this is a terrible situation with these Alicorns. Not once was it stated they would be removing the energy from them. I saved for the RC and to get 3purple Ali and a Purple dragon now who is going to refund me? Nothing has been put back I've purchased gems during that time to progress and get the stuff needed and now once again I'm ripped off!! I would like my coins reinstated but I can tell you this is going to lose a lot of players as well as a lot off purchases! I know your going to be snowed under but I will wait my turn for an answer.
