Have you tried turning off your phone and turning it back on? If you have done this and you are still having this problem delete and reinstall your game. If the problem is still there after that, email support@teamlava.com and give them a description of the issue and your storm8 id
My petshop game will not let me expand. The Icon is gone from the menu and no longer in the pet shop as a option. I am level 43 my shop name ie lovepets storm8 id lucidslady.
