So, read ur rules here. I understand rules to say if a player has another player harassing m, & disciplinary action is taken by TL, and that offensive player returns w new account & name to continue harrassment, WE r the ones n violation of rules simply by discussing the issue & mentioning the previous ban of the offensive player?! That is ridiculous! n other words u r telling players they r permitted to verbally assault each other & that if they do, their VICTIMS will b subject to actions by TL. Blame & punish the victim. Nice. Please tell me I hugely misunderstand....
