Hi there, sorry to impose but I was wondering if you could help me with a technical issue? I contacted CS support a few months ago about my total inability to open any of the latest CS updates that I've downloaded from the Play Store, but they insisted my phone (Samsung Galaxy Note 5 with the latest Android system) was at fault. Can you help me perhaps? I left a comment in the new Mermaid Story thread, but it seems to have vanished. Basically, is there anything I can do to get my downloaded game to open for me and NOT instantly force close??? I've been playing the CS Winter version for the last 3 months because it's the only one that opens for me. And, yes, I've tried the uninstall/reinstall multiple times. The main CS app simply does not open for me. I would be so grateful if you could help.
