Use Didn't receive purchase / Simulation Casual / then choose game.
Hi, if you force close your game and they still don't show up, you will have to contact Support. The forum can't help with gem purchases. When you lodge your ticket, upload a copy of the receipt as well. It shouldn't take too long either with Support; just need to catch them before the end of the day (not sure if it's the weekend yet in California). Good luck! Do not know where to post this. Bought 1400 gems today and they have not shown up yet. I a have receipt from Apple that the transaction went through.
