I would say, based on the Fan Links Rules, it would depend. I know people have posted for their groups (still in the forum), that aren't game specific, or even about games at all. I would suggest PMing a CM prior to posting, to find out if its ok.
With the TL Fan links can we post something does it specifically have to relate to one of TL's Games?
