let me know if a reinstall works. it may just have moved on your board behind something else. re support, what you can do is email them again and tell them you have a previous open ticket, but cannot access it. Ask them to close your previous ticket or just ask them for the number and explain why you can't access it. Post in the Bugs forum if it continues and a Community Manager may also be able to help. I'll flag it for you with them should you be unsuccessful with a reinstall. thanks.
