It looks like you can find the Teddy Bear under the Animals category > Fire > Teddy Bear (scroll to the bottom). Please let me know if you have any questions about this!
I noticed the Teddy Bear isn't showing in the Market Place on Fantasy Forest. We're supposed to be able to breed him till 12/13/16. Please look into this. I hope I haven't wasted gems on speed breeding forming reason.
