Even tho I?ve not had anything near what u describe, I love ur thinking about the vastness of Inventory, incl items on the board. If SOME items MUST stay on board, I?d like to at least be able to delete event items that play no part in the rest of the game, like event plants, also bldgs & decorations that only take up space or sit and look pretty but don?t even earn coins. Thx 4 posting this. I hope I can find my back to see what reply u get. I?ve been playing around 7 yrs too, but I?m still not too savvy about a lot of things, esp forums & support
