Support No Longer Offered for this game?

I have completed the challenge "Collect every baby in Lazy Lake", but the challenge remains in my list and I have not received the 25 gems for finishing. I sent in a support ticket using the required form and got the following reply:

"Hungry Babies Mania | Thanks for contacting us.

We have limited support services for Hungry Babies Mania and will not be able to respond to individual requests. We apologize for the inconvenience."

So now what do I do?

I also have this. I have completed 456 challenge twice but the baby is still locked. How can I unlock it?

My issue is the game continually crashing causing me to lose lives. It is especially frustrating because it happens when I am so close to completing that round. Happens at least 3 times every time I log in to play. If they can't offer support for their product, then said product shouldn't be online. Annoying

I agree the same thing has been happening to me. I've been trying to get in contact from someone for support and jo one ever replies. Totally annoying
