Game frozen

I tapped my design icon & my game froze. All my icons are gone too. I shut down the game several times & reopened but it is still frozen. When I reopen the game it notifies me how many coins I earned while I was away but other then that nothing works or moves. I don't want to delete & reinstall since I have earned so much & don't want to start all over. Any advise what to do?

You can delete and reinstall without worry. As the game is on their server, you won't lose anything.

If the game is freezing, make sure you're not running othr programs in the background. What device are you on?

I'm using an I-pad. I synced my I-pad first & then deleted & reinstalled the app as u suggested. Thank you, it worked.

The server reloads every 3-4 moves..constantly. What is going on?
