Online Error

I keep getting online error in castle and bakery 2, it doesn't happen with any other TeamLava games.

I've tried the usuals including uninstall and reinstall.

Please help! Thank you.

Have you also tried resetting your modem and turning wifi off and then on again? Do you have enough memory for castle to run? You need several gigabytes for it to stay open. Reinstalling will help it reduce in size but as soon as you visit your neighbours again, the size of the game will increase.

What platform are you on? iOS / Android?

What do you mean by an online error? Do you mean the loading horse running (for CS) just appears? If not that, can you post a screenshot of your error.

You may need to contact Support so that they can check both of your games if all others working normally.

Online error as in "...this is an online game, etc..."

Already done the above suggestions, the error happens randomly. It will open my games and when I visit the next time it will give me that.
