Video won't Load

Video won't load for extra dice. I've contacted support over and over. they always say your issue has been resolved or 5-7 days. They are working on fixing the bug...BUT..it's been weeks now and still no fix. Yes, I've done all their suggestions. This is on my iPad. Anyone else have issues with the video loading? I mean really you wait 24 hours and then it won't load. Help

Just wanted to say thanks to support for finally fixing the bug that prevented my videos to load. It took a few emails, but works like a charm now, thanks
