how can I transfer my City Story account from my old iPad to my new iPad?

Go to teamlava.com and click the green bar that say "transfer account" fill out the form it provides.

Free advice: Start the game, but shut it down right away on your new device.
I had to try about 7 times to transfer before I thought of that. I opened the game on my new iPod, clicked NOTHING, shut it, and then I was able to transfer.
