Goal Flashing?

Ok so I opened my Bakery Story, and the new goal icon was flashing, so I clicked on it, and it was empty :(
Is it just me? Was it a glitch, or has anyone heard of a new goal coming out?

Aahh and it happened again! I'll take one next time! I see some ppl are still requesting parts for the goal we just did, so im thinking it's just glitching, but ill post a screenshot if I see it again! Thanks!

The current goals are still on going. It's fine to see those goals according to your progress.
