Moon stone?!?

I took a break now back at the game. Im trying to upgrade the moon Crystal. I don't rememeber where I can find the moon stone, and the star dust. Any help would be appreciated.

Once an event ends, all special items also stop dropping. You will need to use gems if you ant to finish it.... The discussion thread has gem prices etc.
