Items Missing When Switching Devices

I recently had to download both restaurant story and bakery story to my Android phone, and upon making the switch from my iPod, I noticed some of my ovens and stoves are locked, when they were previously unlocked. I already sent a request to Support about my missing Restaurant Story appliances.

Appliances I'm missing:

Restaurant Story:
-Mardi Gras Oven
-Cabin Drink Mixer
-Cabin Oven

Bakery Story:
-Classic Bread Oven

I know that I'm not supposed to send multiple tickets, but no one has sent me any updates, and I'm wondering if this is a common problem.

You were correct to contact Support on this; they'll need to check your account. They generally take 5-7 business days to respond.
