I dont have my old UDID - How can I transfer my account

My iPhone recently was replaced by Apple and now i cant get my old account back, i have rang Apple and requested for my old UDID but they said they cant help me, I also have tried contacting TeamLava and have recieved no reply.

Can anyone help?

yeah, TL can transfer via your storm8 accounts alone, but how are they going to verify it's a legit request? You have to look at the issue from both sides. TL make take time, but they do respond.

I have all the info I had two accounts restaurant and bakery and I they will know the game has not been played I can even tell them from which days the both games have not been played.
