Like my title says, I no longer have the option to watch videos to earn tickets. Was that taken away?

This is a promotional feature that comes and goes to random players. Hope you get yours back soon. :)

It seems as though I'm blocked from Storm8 support. Will not accept my log in details.

Players are not blocked from submitting forms. You will need to register and set up a user ID and password.
Tap sign in in top corner and you set up a new account.
