Royal Steed from Community Event drops

I was just re reading some threads. I completely forgot that the royal steed has a chance to drop gems.

I've been collecting from mine every time it's ready for 21 days, no gems.

Has anyone noticed their steed dropping gems since the first collection?

I was thinking about that too and wondering if it was set up that way, so the early winners would report back that it drops gems and that fact then convincing everyone they must have it

Do you mean Judgemeny Gray from current community event?
That horse does not drop gems.

Or do you mean the Dark/White Knight Steed from the most recent storybook event?
That horse does drop gems.
I got the gems on the first collection and two more times afterwards. (And only once on my second account)

The Knight Steed from the storybook event. Mine only dropped gems the very first collection.

Mine dropped 2 gems on the first collection but none since than, I got him on the last day of the event. I think he's like the dragons, I think he has a chance of dropping 2 gems once a while

My white steed has dropped 2 gems since the original drop of 2 gems on first collection

Mine has dropped gems twice. The first and third collections. Energy is also extremely rare. I collect from it daily 'just in case' but so far it mainly drops things I'm maxed on.

I just collected from my white Knights Steed and got 5 Energy! Yaa

I've gotten both gems and energy several times since getting the steeds. I have them with my other daily Alis so I make sure I collect everyday but more often than not, I receive some coins and general items I'm already maxed on.
