Lemon tree or not

Unfortunately I cannot tell you from which adventure this dropped but it was from the Haunted Castle building, it doesn't appear to be the same as the other lemon trees as you can see I've also attached a picture of the other lemon trees I have in storage.

They come in Sapling form. All the drops I have from adventure are grown ups.

It is the Sapling, so yes you need to grow it.
