Every time I try to buy gems for 4.99 it says item no longer available. Even when there's a sale on gems I can never purchase the cheapest deal so I don't buy any. Why won't it let me buy the least expensive gems?

I'm sorry to hear about all these issues! Are you able to provide us with a screenshot of the error message you are seeing when you attempt to purchase? Does this issue happen constantly or only sometimes? We'll have the team investigate the problem.
