No notifs when people tip

I get notifs for everything else but when people tip. Also I don't see any tips on my table until I close the game and restart it. Is it supposed to be like that?

To get notification when tipped, click on your Main Menu, click Settings and enable Tips Received button. As for not seeing tips, perhaps you can check if your connection is good.
