Sync Game Progress on 2 Devices

I recently got an iPhone 7 and had been playing this game on my iPad mini. I submitted a ticket to have them sync the progress and they wiped my iPad progress to level 1 and put my current level on my phone. Is there a way to have them both the same and if so, how? Thanks for the help!

You can use one of the games in this guide (https://forums.storm8.com/showthread.php?59955-iOS-amp-Android-New-Login-feature-in-Limited-Games!) to log into your account using your Storm8 ID and password. Support can only transfer from one device to another, they're not able to log players into multiple devices. :)
