This person is threatening me and saying rude things and I want to know how to report her

First of all, dont reply to them. Dont leave them any messages at all, as by doing so you will be giving them easy access to your bakery.

Take screen shots of the messages they are leaving on your wall and email them to TeamLava support. They will investigate the messages and will take action if they feel they need to. I must warn you, it may take a while for TL to contact you, and often, according to other posts, they dont do a lot about it. But I still think it would be worth emailing them.
